Bring your original driving licence and proof of identity on the day, follow the collection instructions, and receive a balance reminder 48 hours beforehand.

The concierge is available throughout your hire. A return inspection is completed and the security deposit released within 5 business days.
Included with every hire
Third-party liability and damage cover are included. The excess is equal to the security deposit. An excess-reduction option is offered at payment.

Frequently asked questions
A valid driving licence (the original must be presented on the day of collection) and an identity card or passport. You can register with Revvo from the age of 18; each vehicle then displays its own minimum age requirement, which is checked automatically when you book.
30% of the total is due at booking, with the balance payable before collection. Both payment dates are shown before payment and confirmed by email. Please note: the booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
Yes. Request a change of date or vehicle from your profile; the concierge will confirm it subject to availability. The booking deposit already paid remains non-refundable and is transferred to the new booking.
Yes: to your home, hotel, airport or event venue in Belgium and northern France. The exact charge appears in the itemised price before payment.
